Office Dilapidations & Removals
If you're in the London and South East Region and surrounding area, have come to the end of your lease or your office has received a Schedule of Dilapidations, here's the process:
How we secure our clients savings on their Schedule of Dilapidations:
What are dilapidations?
Commercial leases typically include a requirement for the office space to be left in its original condition.
This includes the removal of all furniture, fixtures, fittings and partitions installed , repairing any damages, obtaining an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), and typically redecorating the space throughout.
How do we save you money?
It's simple - there is a fundamental fault in the dilapidations 'market'.
The problem is, building freeholders hire contractors to do the work, but occupants have to pay for it. Since occupants aren't directly paying, the prices aren't checked as carefully. Some building freeholders and contractors take advantage of this by charging more than the work requires. By coming to us directly, we can complete the work for what it should cost.
